ore than half of low-income households have no idea about cheaper broadband offers that would save them round £200 a 12 months, a research has proven.

A research by Ofcom and Which? discovered 53 per cent have been unaware and simply 5 per cent of eligible households have signed as much as a reduced bundle, referred to as a ‘social tariff’.
