Tube line suspended as a consequence of 'flooding' at Waterloo as underground hit by delays – dwell

The Waterloo & Metropolis line has been suspended as a consequence of “flooding” on Tuesday morning as numerous issues hits the London Underground within the run-up to morning rush-hour.
