Raquel Welch turned an immediate celebrity along with her look as a cavewoman in a fur bikini within the 1966 prehistoric epic “One Million Years B.C.”

The attractive celebrity was described as “sporting mankind’s first bikini.”

The picture of Welch sporting the enduring two-piece turned one of many greatest pinup posters of all time.

A suede-and-faux-fur bikini within the model of the legendary doe-skin two-piece Welch donned within the flick goes beneath the hammer on April 12.

The pre-sale estimate was $500 – $700, in response to Julien’s Auctions, which is staging the sale of over 500 marquee Welch objects.

The present excessive bid is $900.

The bikini comes from the Welch property.

Welch “had all of it — grace, glamor, and grit in a goddess’ physique,” gushed Darren Julien, co-founder of the public sale home.
