Pensioner, 73, killed after lorry crash on west London excessive avenue

olice are searching witnesses to a deadly crash the place a pensioner was struck by a lorry on a busy west London excessive avenue.

The girl, 73, died on the scene near a Tesco Specific in Greenford Street, Ealing at 2pm on Friday October 28.

Detectives are investigating the circumstances and are urging witnesses or anybody with footage of the collision to return ahead.

A Met spokesman mentioned: “Police had been known as shortly after 14:00hrs on Friday, 28 October to experiences of a lorry in collision with a pedestrian at Greenford Street, Ealing.

“Officers and the London Ambulance Service [LAS] attended. Regardless of their efforts, the feminine pedestrian, aged 73, was sadly pronounced useless on the scene.

“Her household was knowledgeable and are being supported by specialist officers

“The driving force of the lorry stopped on the scene. There was no arrest.”
