“Taking one in all these fragments, it had a black look and glossy surfaces fairly much like obsidian, a pure glass of volcanic origin – black and glossy, whose formation is as a result of very fast cooling of the lava. However, not like obsidian, the glassy stays had been extraordinarily brittle and straightforward to crumble,” Petrone mentioned.
