Manchester bomb survivor celebrates GCSE outcomes

teenager who survived the Manchester Enviornment bomb has thanked her faculty after reaching the GCSE grades she must proceed in her dream of changing into a dancer.

Emily Petty, 16, suffered from PTSD and wanted counselling after the trauma of the 2017 atrocity on the Ariana Grande live performance which killed 22 individuals.

{The teenager} was supported by employees at Carmel Faculty, Darlington, the place she has handed her GCSEs permitting her to review dance at The Worx dance faculty in Sunderland.

{The teenager}, who hopes to work on Broadway mentioned: “We heard a loud bang and simply thought it was a balloon however then individuals began to panic and we may see smoke coming from the lobby.”

Her mom added: “I grabbed her by the scruff of her neck and ran.

Emily added: “The dance actually helps me because it makes me really feel like I’m in one other world and I can neglect about it.
