Man charged over loss of life in Edinburgh



man has been charged following the loss of life of one other man in Edinburgh.

Wayne Elliott, 53, was taken to the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh after he was discovered severely injured in Princes Road at round 8.15pm on Saturday.

Medical workers confirmed to police on Tuesday that Mr Elliott, initially from the Portsmouth space, had died.

Police Scotland stated a 37-year-old man has been arrested and charged in reference to the loss of life.

He is because of seem at Edinburgh Sheriff Courtroom on Thursday.
