Talking after Dominion Voting Methods reached a US$787.5m settlement in its defamation lawsuit towards Fox, the corporate’s lawyer Justin Nelson says the result “represents vindication and accountability”. Dominion CEO John Poulos says Fox ‘has admitted to telling lies’ in regards to the voting tools firm that triggered ‘huge injury’. The settlement ends a dispute over whether or not Fox and its mum or dad firm knowingly broadcast false and outlandish allegations that Dominion was concerned in a plot to steal the 2020 election.
