Stephanie Mills, of Coram, was busted Tuesday for falsifying the vaccination information of eight Center Nation Central College District youngsters, getting slapped with 17 felonies — one for every document she allegedly cast, the state Division of Well being stated.
Mills — who is just not a well being care supplier — cast the vaccine information by creating and submitting bogus types that claimed that they had acquired their required photographs, officers stated.
