Lady, 12, charged over loss of life of pensioner who was attacked whereas strolling canine

A 12-year-old woman has been charged with manslaughter following the loss of life of pensioner Bhim Kohli, who died in hospital after being injured in a park in Braunstone City in September, Leicestershire Police stated.
