man has been charged with homicide in reference to the dying of a person whose physique was discovered dumped in a bin shed in northwest London.
The physique of Justin Bello, 38, was discovered by binmen on Lovett Manner, Wembley on November 25, 2019.
Stasious Scott, 34, Fishlock Court docket SW4, was arrested in Jamaica on January 24, 2023. He was introduced again to the UK on March 23 and charged with homicide and perverting the course of justice.
He appeared on the Central Legal Court docket on Monday together with 46-year-old Robert Shorter, of Ranelagh Highway, Wembley.
Shorter was arrested in December 2019 and later charged with perverting the course of justice.
A provisional trial date for each males has been set for September 2023. Scott has been remanded in custody.
