A soldier was wounded in an Israeli missile strike on the Damascus countryside, Syria’s state-run information company SANA reported within the early hours of Wednesday, citing a navy supply.
In response to the report, the missiles had been fired from the Israeli-controlled Golan Heights at a number of targets to the southwest of the Syrian capital. The nation’s air defenses responded to the menace, SANA stated.
