Former Superman Dean Cain flees California over ‘horrible’ progressive insurance policies

California’s progressive agenda has confirmed to be kryptonite for this former Superman.

Dean Cain is the most recent superstar to flee the Golden State over “horrible” insurance policies which have led to surges in crime, taxes and homelessness.

“I like California. It’s probably the most stunning state. Every little thing’s fantastic about it aside from the insurance policies. The insurance policies are simply horrible. The fiscal insurance policies, the soft-on-crime insurance policies, the homelessness insurance policies,” the actor informed Fox Information Wednesday.

“The issues that our leaders in California have been doing have pushed out anyone who can actually afford to get out. Persons are flocking out of there in droves.”

Cain portrayed Superman/Clark Kent on ABC’s “Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman” alongside Teri Hatcher’s Lois Lane from 1993 to 1997.

Like Mark Wahlberg, Cain traded in California for Las Vegas after itemizing his $6.25 million Malibu house final month. Wahlberg left the state final 12 months to offer his 4 kids with spouse Rhea Durham a “higher life.”

Cain lauded the “Infinite” star’s “good” transfer to Nevada, which doesn’t have a state earnings tax. California’s tax ranges from $1% to $12.3%, with incomes over $1 million subjected to an extra 1% surcharge, in line with NerdWallet.

“Mark’s performed a sensible factor, and hopefully, I consider I’ve performed a really, very good factor,” Cain stated.

The actor has already seen a constructive change within the brief time he’s been in Sin Metropolis.

“I’ve been right here for 2 weeks now, and I can inform you, [it’s a] good transfer… my son is 10 instances happier right here in Las Vegas,” he stated. “If I needed to do something out of Malibu, it took me 45 minutes to an hour to get wherever. Right here, the longest I’m driving is 20 minutes.”

Celebrities are hardly the one ones to vacate the Golden State.
