First mixed-use improvement in US that includes a Costco and inexpensive housing will open in Los Angeles


Building on a brand new mixed-use constructing in South Los Angeles that includes inexpensive flats upstairs and a Costco downstairs will start this week with a groundbreaking ceremony on Wednesday.

The upcoming improvement at 5035 Coliseum St. in Baldwin Village would be the first of its form to have a Costco as its anchor retail tenant within the US, in response to its developer Thrive Residing.
