A Connecticut girl has been accused of holding her stepson captive for roughly 20 years after authorities found him – now 32 years outdated, 5ft 9in and weighing simply 68lbs – throughout a home fireplace final month.
On Thursday police in Waterbury, Connecticut, arrested Kimberly Sullivan, 56, and charged her with assault within the first diploma, kidnapping within the second diploma, illegal restraint within the first diploma, cruelty to individuals and reckless endangerment within the first diploma.
