DENVER — A Civil Air Patrol aircraft crash in Colorado has killed the plane’s pilot and an aerial photographer, authorities say.
The crash that occurred in Larimer County on Saturday killed pilot Susan Wolber and aerial photographer Jay Rhoten, in response to a press release launched by the workplace of Gov. Jared Polis.
The plane was on a routine coaching mission on the time of the crash. The co-pilot, Randall Settergren, was injured and was airlifted to a medical facility through helicopter by the Colorado Military Nationwide Guard.
