teenager using an e-bike in Salford has died in a collision with an ambulance shortly after being adopted by police.
Better Manchester Police stated site visitors officers started following the 15-year-old boy on an e-bike alongside Fitzwarren Avenue in Salford at roughly2pm on Thursday.
The power stated the boy went into Decrease Seedley Street and bollards prevented the police automobile from persevering with to observe him.
The boy was then concerned in a collision with an ambulance in Langworth Street “a short while later” by which he was killed.
A GMP assertion stated: “Consistent with regular proceedings, the incident has been referred to IOPC who are actually main the investigation.
“A cordon stays in place on Langworthy Street.
“Our ideas are with the household and buddies of the boy who tragically died.”
