President-elect Joe Biden mentioned he was not afraid to take the oath of workplace outdoors on 20 January following the violent riots on the US Capitol. Talking after receiving his second Covid-19 vaccination, the 78-year-old added the main target now was on holding those that engaged within the riot to account
